Carved out of the woods on the outskirts of Cape Coast, the botel sits on a man-made lake teeming with live crocodiles, where small, rounded cottages are built on stilts over the water, and hundreds of Cattle Egrets, Herons, Hornbills, and Weavers roost at dawn.
